Neill holds Contractors licenses in 3 states: California, New York and Connecticut. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New England College and has over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.

As the founder of Engler Construction and having served in senior management positions of several construction and real estate firms, Neill has worked with both large and small clients throughout the United States. Neill has a loyal client base of repeat customers, which stands as a testimony to the quality and service of the projects that we deliver. Neill has held positions as senior manager, project manager, superintendent and has worked as a carpenter. He has a thorough understanding of the project delivery process including budget preparation, project scheduling, logistics, bid analysis, vendor selection and management.

As a well respected licensed contractor, Neill has been specializing in both residential and commercial projects. His notable skill in understanding clients needs from conceptual design through project completion has earned him a reputation as one of the premiere contractor. Born and raised in New York and Connecticut, Neill has always had an affinity for elements of design and construction.
